Τhe customer is responsible for the return of the package and the cost of return shipping. It would be better to send the package by registered mail or courier. Parthenis Outlet e-shop is not responsible for any extra charges ensuing from the differences in currency, customs clearance expenses, import duties, product restrictions, and other local regulations. Parthenis Outlet e-shop is not responsible for any loss. We would like you to understand that we accept only products purchased from our Parthenis Outlet e-shop. Purchases at parthenisoutlet.com cannot be returned or exchanged at Parthenis stores.
More specifically, the Company accepts returns of all kinds (except underwear) within 14 days from delivery, by filling out the form found inside the package, provided that:
The customer is fully responsible for the safe transport of the products to our company. The company bears no responsibility for any goods lost or damaged during return, so we recommend that you keep all the supporting documents of the shipment.
Products can be changed with any available size or type. If you wish to change a product purchased from Parthenis Outlet e-shop of another size or color, the client is obliged to fill the returns form.
The first change of products will be sent to the customer free of shipping costs. For every next change of products, the shipping costs burdens the client with 4 euros for deliveries in Greece and 25 euros for international deliveries.
In case of withdrawal for any reason, the price paid by the customer for the returned product will be fully refunded within thirty (30) calendar days, unless he/she prefers to replace the returned product with another, so in that case the amount is compensated. In case of unjustified cancellation shipping cost is not refundable.
In any case, the return form inside the package must be filled.

Our Company lays emphasis on the quality of materials and manufacture of its products.
In the unlikely event that the customer receives a defective or wrong product, he/she must immediately notify the Company via email at [email protected] describing the problem, and indicating whether he/she desires a replacement or a refund.

Immediately upon reception, our Company will examine the claim of return (defective or incorrect product) and, in the case of verification that the product is indeed defective or incorrect, the product may be either replaced or the customer may be refunded depending on his/her preference.
In the case of replacement by another product, (the same or equivalent if the selected product is no longer available), our company sends the new product immediately at no extra cost to the customer and refunds the cost of shipping for the return of the product.
If the customer prefers a refund, the Company shall reimburse the price paid by the customer for both the purchase and the shipping for receiving and returning the product.
This applies only when the product is indeed defective.
For instance, a product is not defective when it was not washed in accordance with the washing instructions or when another fabric was discolored during washing, ironing, etc., or when in general it was damaged or torn by negligence of the user.
